Refund and Cancellation Policy
This page explains cancellation timing, late cancellation and no-show treatment, and refund processing for Ocean View Holiday Park bookings. Guests should review the policy before booking.
Standard cancellation
Cancellations communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in day may be eligible for the standard refund set by the park.
Late cancellation and no-show
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive, may be non-refundable or subject to the late cancellation refund settings shown on the live policy page.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take several business days to show the funds.
